Privacy notice

Last updated 16 October 2026. This notice covers the Executr website only. The Executr service itself is not open yet; when it opens it will have its own, fuller notice.

Who we are

We are Executr. Email us at privacy@executr.co.uk about anything in this notice.

What this website is for

This is a pre-launch page. We are measuring how many executors want Executr, and at which price, before we open it. The “Choose” buttons and “Pay now” do not take payment and do not ask for card details — “Pay now” opens a form where you can leave your email address to be invited when we open.

What we collect, and why

Your email address, if you give it to us

WhatYour email address, which plan you chose, which price you were shown, the date and time, and the advertising information in the link you arrived on (a Google Ads click identifier such as gclid, and any utm_ campaign tags).
WhyTo email you when Executr opens, and to understand which adverts and which price executors respond to.
Lawful basisConsent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by entering your email address and pressing “Reserve my place”.
How longUntil Executr opens and we have invited you, or 12 months, whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete it, we do so straight away.

Simple website measurement, for everyone

WhatFor each page view and each button press: the page address, which site you came from (the domain only), whether you arrived from a Google advert, the campaign tags, which price you were shown, a rough screen size (small, medium or large) and the time. No cookies, no identifiers and no device fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address or your browser's user agent.
WhyTo count visits and see which parts of the page people use. These figures are aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.
Lawful basisLegitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): understanding whether our own website works. Because nothing is stored on your device and no identifier is kept, this needs no consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
How long14 months, then deleted.

Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you agree

WhatIf you press “Agree” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads cookies are set and Google receives the usual analytics picture of your visit, tied to a Google client identifier. Nothing from Google is requested before you agree. The cookie notice lists each cookie.
WhyTo measure which adverts bring executors here, so we are not spending on adverts that do not work.
Lawful basisConsent, for both the cookies (PECR) and the personal data (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
How longGoogle keeps the data for 14 months. The cookies themselves expire as listed in the cookie notice.

Who else sees it

Your email address is not sold, swapped or shared for anyone else's marketing. The only other parties involved are the company that hosts this website and stores the data for us, and — if you agree to the cookies — Google. Google Analytics and Google Ads may process data outside the UK, using the safeguards Google publishes for its UK and EU customers; nothing is transferred to them unless you agree.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or withdraw your consent. Email privacy@executr.co.uk and we will reply within one month. There is nothing to pay.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
